Packaged Services

Sansmont has defined four service products that are elements of the process improvement management cycle.  The products help the process sponsors, owners, managers, practitioners, and improvement teams through the process improvement management cycle.

Packaged Services are pre-defined, limited scope service engagements that provide management with control and governance best practices of process management.  By following defined and repeatable actions, they are deliverable in time and price scaleable to the specific conditions of the client.
