• the goals and objectives of the engagement

• the deliverables provided by Sansmont

• the approach to achieving the goals and objectives

• the level of effort required

• the degree of participation and effort split between the client and Sansmont

• the planned start and completion date of the project

• the schedule of tasks, activities, and project milestones

• the cost and benefits of the project

• the charges for services provided by Sansmont

All examples shown in Projects are examples of custom service engagements.

Client's may feel that a pre-defined, limited scope service engagement will best meet their needs. For that we have Packaged Services.

In other cases the client may feel a custom scope project centered around the specific requirements of the client is preferred.

Custom Scope

A custom scope project is designed for specific requirements of the client. For clients that may wish an outside service provider to do a review of a well-established process we offer projects such as:

• Performance Measures
• Premium Data Analysis

A Performance Measures project answers the question "Where do we stand with regard to measuring our own internal key performance processes?". This engagement is important where a major effort has been made in a service function regarding measures but an outside view is desired either for its own merits or in preparation for a major external review of internal processes.

A Premium Data Analysis project looks at the entire range of customer satisfaction management within the client's firm including data collected and managed whether is done by either internal and external means. The engagement is important where an effort is being made to upgrade the overall customer satisfaction function.
